I sat right through this video, crying my eyes out, but refusing to ignore what I have comfortably denied for so long. Everyone needs to see this. What choice you make after it will be an informed one, one based on knowledge and not denial. And if you cannot watch this, ask yourself WHY?

- I could tell you endless things about me, but that won't help you to know me, only perhaps see me as I see myself. I am a bit of a recluse, bar having to go to work, of course. I suppose that makes me interesting, probably in a boring way. My brother says I am weird, a hippy and odd. He's always calling me names so who knows if this is true. Other people don't call me names. I think they're scared of me. I do yoga. I drink black coffee. I pay attention to what's healthy. I don't like spending time in the kitchen so I never cook, although I do love my garden. I read. I write. I care for the environment and I am a vegetarian. My husband is a carnivore. We live in peace. So can everyone.
